No. The team arrives with products, microfibre cloths, buckets and a vacuum. If you prefer your own products — allergies, delicate surfaces, marble or tadelakt — say so when we quote and the team will use them.
Express 2–3 h, standard 3–4 h, villa 5–7 h depending on size and condition. The estimated duration is on the written quote before we start, not after.
Cash at the end of the visit, bank transfer, or a payment link for monthly contracts. Invoice on request, with ICE for companies and building managers.
Yes, Saturday and Sunday, at the same rates with no surcharge. Saturday-morning slots usually go two to three days ahead.
